Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of accurate financial records and ledgers.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions in a timely manner.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes under supervision.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Help prepare basic financial reports and data analysis.
- Assist in the organization and storage of financial documentation.
- Respond to general accounting inquiries from internal teams.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and a high attention to detail.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Current authorization to work in the United States.
