Responsibilities
- Assist with daily accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts.
- Prepare and maintain general ledger accounts and financial reports.
- Support the month-end and year-end close processes.
- File and organize financial documents and tax records.
- Perform basic data entry and ensure accuracy in all records.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
