Responsibilities
- Process daily accounts payable and receivable transactions with 100% accuracy.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and reconciliations.
- Maintain general ledger accounts and perform bank reconciliations.
- Support the month-end and year-end close processes.
- Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and documentation.
- Manage and organize physical and electronic filing systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in an accounting role (internship experience included).
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables preferred).
- Familiarity with accounting software (QuickBooks or Sage is a plus).
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team setting.
