Responsibilities
- Assist with daily bookkeeping tasks and financial data entry.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts with company ledgers.
- Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders.
- Support the senior accounting team with month-end close procedures.
- Organize and maintain accurate financial records and filing systems.
- Assist in the preparation of basic financial reports and schedules.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus.
- No prior professional experience required; we train the right candidates.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic functions and formulas).
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
