Responsibilities
- Assist with the daily reconciliation of bank statements and general ledger accounts.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable invoices accurately and timely.
- Perform basic data entry and maintain organized financial records.
- Support the senior accounting team with month-end close processes.
- Prepare and organize financial reports and spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate degree in accounting or related field is a plus.
- No prior professional accounting experience required; we provide full training.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in numerical data.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
