Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily reconciliation of bank accounts and general ledgers.
- Prepare basic financial reports and statements for management review.
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately.
- Support the senior accounting team during audits and month-end close.
- Maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems for financial documents.
- Perform data entry and ensure all accounting software entries are up to date.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles (courses taken are acceptable).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
