Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analysis for executive review
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements for Ohio-based operations
- Assist in annual audits and tax preparation processes
- Implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budget forecasting and expense control
- Maintain digital and physical financial records with meticulous attention to detail
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel (including advanced functions), and ERP systems
- Strong understanding of Ohio tax regulations and compliance standards
- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to numerical precision
