Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data, trends, and metrics to identify opportunities for cost optimization and revenue enhancement
- Prepare comprehensive financial models, forecasts, and variance reports for executive leadership
- Collaborate with department heads to develop annual budgets and monitor performance against targets
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis projects to support strategic business decisions
- Streamline financial reporting processes using advanced Excel functions and ERP systems
- Monitor compliance with financial regulations and internal controls
- Present complex financial insights to non-financial stakeholders through clear visualizations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 3+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or consulting environments
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, macros) and financial modeling software
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and business intelligence tools
- Certification (CFA, CPA) or willingness to pursue within 12 months
