Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial modeling and forecasting to support strategic initiatives
- Analyze variance reports and provide actionable insights to senior leadership
- Develop monthly/quarterly financial statements and performance dashboards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budget planning and cost optimization
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements
- Lead ad-hoc financial analysis projects for business expansion opportunities
- Maintain and improve financial reporting systems for accuracy and efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros)
- Strong knowledge of financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Certification (CFA, CPA) preferred
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly
