Responsibilities
- Build and maintain financial models to support investment decisions and capital allocation
- Analyze variance reports and performance metrics against strategic objectives
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements with executive summaries
- Collaborate with department heads to develop departmental budgets and forecasts
- Identify cost optimization opportunities through data-driven analysis
- Support M&A activities due diligence and integration planning
- Present financial insights to executive leadership using data visualization tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 3+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or investment environments
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, complex formulas)
- Experience with financial modeling software (e.g., Bloomberg, FactSet)
- Strong SQL and data visualization skills (Power BI/Tableau)
- Deep understanding of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex data for stakeholders
- Proven track record of meeting deadlines in fast-paced environments
