Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data, trends, and metrics to produce comprehensive reports and forecasts
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning
- Collaborate with department heads to identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements with detailed variance analysis
- Support executive decision-making through ad-hoc financial modeling and scenario analysis
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal financial controls
- Lead cross-functional projects to optimize financial processes and reporting systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required
- 3+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or public accounting
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, complex formulas) and financial modeling
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) and BI tools
- Strong knowledge of GAAP principles and financial reporting standards
- Certification (CPA, CMA, or CFA) preferred but not required
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
