Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and forecasting.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models and budgets to track performance against key metrics.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis and commentary.
- Assist in the preparation of external financial statements and internal management presentations.
- Identify trends, opportunities, and risks in financial data to drive business growth.
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure accurate resource allocation and budget adherence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3-5 years of proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or forecasting.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables) and financial modeling.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) or data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI) is a plus.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Strong communication skills, capable of presenting findings to stakeholders at all levels.
