Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, variance analysis, and forecasting to support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare and present detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to project future performance and assess business scenarios.
- Assist in the annual budgeting process and ongoing expense management to ensure financial health.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and cost-saving opportunities.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, Excel (advanced functions), and SQL.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
