Responsibilities
- Perform detailed variance analysis comparing actual performance against budgets and forecasts to identify trends and anomalies.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic decision-making and long-term planning.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive leadership.
- Collaborate with department heads to create annual operating budgets and monitor spending.
- Assess market conditions and financial risks to recommend optimal capital allocation strategies.
- Streamline financial processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Assist in the preparation of external audits and regulatory filings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years of professional experience in financial analysis or a similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Index/Match, Macros) and financial modeling software.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets and draw meaningful conclusions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting findings to non-financial stakeholders.
