Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data and create comprehensive reports to support business strategy.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets and forecasts.
- Identify trends and variances in financial performance to recommend process improvements.
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure financial goals are met across the organization.
- Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations to mitigate financial exposure.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with GAAP standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration (Master’s preferred).
- 3+ years of professional experience in financial analysis or a related field.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Strong knowledge of financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
