Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and valuation
- Analyze variance reports and provide actionable insights to executive leadership
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes with precision
- Collaborate with department heads to optimize capital allocation
- Prepare executive dashboards and KPI tracking tools
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis for strategic decision-making
- Maintain compliance with SOX regulations and internal controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and SAP
- CPA or CFA designation strongly preferred
- Experience in energy or manufacturing sector
- Demonstrated success in presenting complex data to non-financial stakeholders
