Responsibilities
- Analyze financial performance metrics and KPIs to identify trends and opportunities for optimization
- Develop detailed financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and scenario analysis
- Prepare executive-level financial reports and presentations for C-suite stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve financial processes and reporting accuracy
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic recommendations
- Mentor junior analysts and oversee financial data integrity across departments
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or consulting setting
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and financial modeling software
- Demonstrated experience with healthcare or tech industry financial reporting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex concepts clearly
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and SQL database queries
