Responsibilities
- Perform detailed variance analysis on monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to identify trends and discrepancies.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand business goals and translate them into financial metrics.
- Assist in the preparation of board presentations and external financial audits.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to improve profitability.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support pricing strategies.
- Oversee the accuracy and integrity of the general ledger and financial reporting systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis or a related role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and financial modeling software.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) is a strong plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting findings to stakeholders.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or CFA designation is highly desirable.
