Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning.
- Perform variance analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost reduction.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive leadership and stakeholders.
- Conduct industry research and competitive analysis to provide market intelligence.
- Assist in the preparation of audits and ensure all financial documentation meets regulatory standards.
- Partner with department heads to provide financial guidance and support operational decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or financial planning.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros) and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Strong understanding of financial statements, GAAP, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present data to non-financial audiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
