Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis and budget forecasts.
- Conduct in-depth financial modeling and scenario planning to support strategic decision-making.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable recommendations to improve profitability and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess project feasibility and financial impact.
- Assist in the annual audit process and ensure compliance with GAAP and internal policies.
- Research market trends and economic data to provide context for financial projections.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a related role.
- Proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Strong understanding of financial statement analysis, budgeting, and forecasting methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data to non-financial stakeholders.
