- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for executive leadership and stakeholders.
- Develop complex financial models to project future trends and assess profitability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and operational efficiencies.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights.
- Maintain strict adherence to GAAP accounting standards and internal controls.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis or corporate finance.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables), and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or CFA designation is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
