Responsibilities
- Perform complex financial analysis and modeling to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes.
- Prepare detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, including variance analysis and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with department heads to develop accurate financial projections and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Maintain and enhance financial databases and reporting systems to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Assist in the preparation of materials for executive leadership and board presentations.
- Conduct research on market trends and industry benchmarks to provide context for financial performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a related role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros) and financial modeling software.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present findings to non-financial stakeholders.
