- Maintain accurate customer account data in Salesforce and ERP systems
- Conduct audits to verify chargeback accuracy and revenue recognition
Qualifications
- 3+ years of billing or accounts receivable experience
- Proficiency in billing software (e.g., Zuora, NetSuite) and MS Office Suite
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance required (Bachelor's preferred)
- Experience with SOX compliance and audit preparation
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
