Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for stakeholders.
- Develop complex financial models to evaluate business performance and ROI.
- Identify trends and variances in financial data, providing recommendations for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial goals align with operational objectives.
- Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and compliance documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in financial analysis or a similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and financial modeling software.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
