The Opportunity:
As a Financial Analyst, you will dive deep into financial data to produce accurate forecasts, budgets, and variance analyses. Responsibilities
- Perform complex financial modeling and forecasting to support annual budgeting and long-term strategic planning.
- Prepare detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis and performance summaries.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to senior management.
- Collaborate with department heads to develop operating budgets and track actuals against projections.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements to enhance organizational efficiency.
- Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and financial commentary for external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA preferred).
- 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or a related role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly.
