Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis and modeling to support strategic business decisions.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive leadership.
- Develop and maintain accurate forecasts and budgets, ensuring variance analysis is performed regularly.
- Assist in the evaluation of new investment opportunities and capital allocation strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify cost-saving initiatives and revenue enhancement opportunities.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to drive operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or related roles.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting tools (Excel, SAP, Oracle).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Certification (CFA, CPA, CMA) is a plus.
