Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements and KPIs to identify trends and opportunities
- Develop predictive financial models and scenario analyses for strategic planning
- Prepare monthly/quarterly variance reports with root cause analysis
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes for assigned business units
- Present financial insights to executive leadership with clear visualizations
- Collaborate with IT to enhance financial reporting systems
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and internal controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VBA, Power Query) and financial modeling
- Expertise in SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Proven track record in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to present to C-suite
