Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and profitability analysis to support executive decision-making.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models and forecasts to project future revenues, expenses, and cash flows.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and presentations for stakeholders and senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize resource allocation.
- Assist in the budgeting process, ensuring accurate tracking of financial performance against targets.
- Perform scenario modeling to assess the financial impact of potential business strategies and market changes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is required.
- 3+ years of proven experience as a Financial Analyst or in a similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros) and SQL.
- Experience with financial modeling software and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a strong plus.
- Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
