Responsibilities
- Financial Modeling & Forecasting: Develop and maintain complex financial models to predict future revenue, expenses, and profit margins.
- Budget Management: Oversee the annual budgeting process, ensuring accurate allocation of resources across departments.
- Reporting & Analysis: Prepare detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive leadership.
- Cost Reduction: Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to support long-term strategic initiatives and capital investments.
- Compliance: Ensure all financial practices comply with GAAP and internal company policies.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis or corporate finance.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
- Certification: CPA, CFA, or CMA certification is highly preferred.
- Attributes: Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
