Responsibilities
- Develop complex financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and scenario analysis
- Analyze financial performance metrics to identify trends and growth opportunities
- Prepare executive-ready reports and dashboards for senior leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives
- Lead month-end closing processes and variance analysis
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis for investment decisions
- Maintain compliance with SOX regulations and internal controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of financial analysis experience in corporate or investment environments
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling tools
- CFA or CPA designation preferred
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools
- Excellent communication skills for presenting complex data
