Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Conduct in-depth variance analysis to explain financial discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Perform industry and market research to identify trends and opportunities for cost reduction and revenue growth.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and long-term strategic financial planning.
- Monitor compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or accounting.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data to non-financial audiences.
- Strong analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail.
- Certification (CPA, CFA, or CMA) is a significant plus.
