Responsibilities
- Perform financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic planning
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive leadership
- Analyze market trends and competitor performance to identify growth opportunities
- Develop KPI dashboards and visualizations for real-time business insights
- Assist in budget preparation and expense monitoring across departments
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis for M&A activities and new market entry
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and internal financial controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 3+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or investment settings
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and financial modeling
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication abilities to present complex data to non-financial stakeholders
