Responsibilities

- Analyze operational KPIs and deliver actionable insights to senior leadership
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with executive summaries
- Lead cross-functional projects to optimize financial processes and controls
- Support M&A activities due diligence and integration planning
- Collaborate with FP&A team to align financial strategies with business objectives
- Maintain and enhance financial reporting automation tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in tech/consulting
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling tools
- Strong SQL and data visualization skills (Tableau/Power BI)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and BI platforms
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proven track record of presenting complex financial insights to stakeholders
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
