Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning.
- Perform detailed variance analysis to explain differences between actual results and budgets/forecasts.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive leadership and board members.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify operational efficiencies and cost-saving opportunities.
- Conduct deep-dive research on market trends and competitive landscape to inform financial decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, PivotTables, VLOOKUP) and financial modeling software.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, concise business insights.
