Job Overview:
In this role, you will play a critical part in our financial planning and analysis (FP&A) department. You will be responsible for providing accurate and timely financial data to support high-level business decisions.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis and variance analysis to assess business performance and profitability.
- Develop complex financial models and forecasts to support budgeting and long-term strategic planning.
- Prepare and present detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to executive leadership.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and opportunities for cost reduction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and financial controls.
- Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and regulatory reporting requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or a related role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and financial modeling.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder presentations.
- Professional certification (CPA, CFA, CMA) is highly desirable.
