Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements, trends, and metrics to identify opportunities for cost optimization and revenue growth
- Develop detailed financial models and forecasts to support executive decision-making
- Prepare comprehensive reports and dashboards for senior leadership and stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate investment opportunities and risks
- Monitor budget adherence and provide variance analysis with actionable recommendations
- Streamline financial processes using advanced Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools
- Stay updated on industry regulations and market conditions affecting financial strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 3+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or financial services
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros) and financial modeling
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to present financial information clearly
- Certification (CFA, CPA) or active pursuit considered a significant plus
