Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate general ledgers, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations
- Process weekly payroll with timely tax filings and compliance documentation
- Generate monthly financial statements and variance analysis reports
- Manage client invoicing cycles and collection processes
- Utilize QuickBooks Online for transaction processing and financial oversight
- Collaborate with tax professionals for quarterly filings and year-end audits
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional bookkeeping experience with weekly payroll processing
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel
- Proven knowledge of GAAP principles and California tax regulations
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- Certified Bookkeeper (CB) designation preferred
