Responsibilities

  • Manage daily accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Reconcile bank statements, credit card accounts, and general ledger accounts on a monthly basis.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports, including balance sheets and profit & loss statements.
  • Process payroll using our HR software and ensure all timesheets are verified.
  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for invoices and receipts.
