Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Perform bank reconciliations and credit card statement reviews.
- Assist with month-end close procedures and financial reporting.
- Process payroll documentation and maintain employee records.
- Update and maintain accurate financial ledgers using accounting software.
- Prepare and send invoices to clients and process vendor bills.
- Organize and file physical and digital financial documents.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred but not required).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Basic understanding of math and financial concepts (training provided).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Professional demeanor and effective communication skills.
