Responsibilities
- Process and post daily financial transactions, including sales and purchase invoices.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Assist with month-end and year-end accounting procedures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and filing systems.
- Prepare basic financial reports and budgets.
- Respond to client inquiries regarding invoices and account status.
- Assist the senior accounting team with ad-hoc projects.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (A-levels in Maths or Economics are a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Excellent organizational skills and time management.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new accounting software.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- No previous accounting experience is required; training will be provided.
