Your Role
In this role, you will support our senior accounting team by maintaining accurate financial records and assisting with daily operations. It is the perfect opportunity for recent graduates or career changers looking to break into the bookkeeping industry.
Responsibilities
- Perform accurate data entry and daily bookkeeping tasks with high attention to detail.
- Assist in reconciling bank statements and credit card accounts.
- Process invoices, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Prepare basic financial reports and spreadsheets using Excel.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital financial documents.
- Support the month-end close process under supervision.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus.
- Basic understanding of math and accounting principles (we will teach you the rest).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
