Responsibilities
- Assist with daily data entry and record-keeping tasks.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable invoices.
- Organize and maintain financial documents, spreadsheets, and filing systems.
- Support the senior bookkeeper with month-end close procedures.
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or Xero.
- Communicate with vendors and clients regarding invoices and payments.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel is a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
- Excellent organizational skills and time management abilities.
