Responsibilities
- Perform daily bookkeeping tasks including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card statements accurately.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and ledgers.
- Process invoices and ensure timely payments.
- Maintain organized financial records and filing systems.
- Assist the senior accounting team with data entry and audits.
- Utilize accounting software to track expenses and revenues.
Qualifications
