Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records using cloud-based accounting software
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions
- Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts
- Assist with monthly and quarterly reporting
- Support VAT returns preparation and filing
- Manage expense tracking and reimbursements
- Collaborate with senior accountants on financial audits
Qualifications
- GCSEs or equivalent in Maths and English
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (spreadsheets, formulas)
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Willingness to pursue AAT/CIMA qualifications (training provided)
- Basic understanding of double-entry bookkeeping principles
- UK work authorization and right to work in the UK
