Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile financial transactions using accounting software (QuickBooks/Xero)
- Maintain accurate digital and physical financial records for client portfolios
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial reporting preparation
- Respond to client inquiries regarding transaction status and account details
- Support audit preparation by organizing documentation and verifying data accuracy
- Learn and apply UK tax compliance principles under senior guidance
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance financial workflows
Qualifications
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in Mathematics and English (Grade C/4 or above)
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, data entry)
- Strong attention to detail with numerical accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Valid right to work in the United Kingdom
