Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records using Xero and QuickBooks
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and transaction verification
- Process accounts payable and receivable invoices
- Assist with VAT returns and quarterly reporting
- Prepare financial statements under senior supervision
- Implement internal controls for financial accuracy
- Communicate with clients regarding financial queries
Qualifications
- GCSEs or equivalent in Mathematics and English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic functions)
