Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks software
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts
- Assist with monthly and quarterly reporting
- Organize and file financial documents securely
- Support tax preparation with documentation organization
- Communicate with clients regarding financial inquiries
- Learn and implement new accounting technologies
Qualifications
