Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts
- Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software
- Prepare monthly financial reports and summaries
- Assist with payroll processing and tax documentation
- Support month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Communicate financial data to non-finance stakeholders
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate's degree in Accounting/Finance preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, data entry)
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
