Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and Excel
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts
- Assist with payroll processing and tax documentation
- Generate monthly financial reports and summaries
- Organize and file financial documents securely
- Support month-end closing procedures
- Communicate financial updates to team members
Qualifications

- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
