Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily recording and processing of financial transactions.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Process invoices, manage accounts payable, and handle accounts receivable.
- Prepare basic financial reports and assist with month-end close activities.
- Organize and maintain accurate financial records, both physical and digital.
- Assist senior accountants with data entry and reporting tasks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
